Important Information

Viatrelia is a digital entertainment service for people aged 18 and over. It is not a gambling service: there is no real-money wagering and no cash-out. Coins are internal digital units used only to access Digital Entertainment Experiences and platform functionality. Coins are not money, not e-money, not cryptocurrency, and are not redeemable for cash or any real-world value.

When you select an Access Package, you are paying for access to digital entertainment content and functionality. The price and the Coins included are shown before you confirm payment. Refund requests are assessed individually under our Terms of Service and applicable consumer law, though a refund is not normally granted for a change of mind once digital content has been supplied and used.

Internal Coins

Coins are internal digital units that work only within the Closed Ecosystem of Viatrelia. They have no monetary value outside the platform. You use Coins to access Digital Entertainment Experiences and other in-app features.

You cannot withdraw Coins, sell them, gift or transfer them to another user, or exchange them for money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, vouchers, gift cards or anything else with real or potential economic value. Any attempt to do so is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
