1. Scope
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED ("INTERNATIONAL STUDIO", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of viatrelis.com and viatrelia.com, including all digital content, interactive features and services made available through either website.
INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED is a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 15413601, with its registered office at International House, 10 Beaufort Court, Admirals Way, London, England, E14 9XL. Both viatrelis.com and viatrelia.com are operated by INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED.
Questions concerning these Terms or the Service may be submitted to support@viatrelis.com in relation to Viatrelis or support@viatrelia.com in relation to Viatrelia.
Viatrelis and Viatrelia are digital entertainment services that provide access to interactive digital content, Digital Entertainment Experiences and related platform functionality. Although the Websites have different visual identities and entertainment environments, they operate under the same underlying business model and legal framework described in these Terms.
Certain features of the Service use internal digital units referred to in these Terms as Coins.
Users may select Access Packages in order to obtain access to digital entertainment services, interactive content and platform functionality. Coins are allocated to a User's Account as part of the selected Access Package and may be used exclusively within the Website through which they were allocated.
The Service is intended solely for recreational and entertainment purposes and is available only to persons aged 18 or over. Neither Viatrelis nor Viatrelia provides gambling, betting or wagering services, and neither Website offers money, prizes, winnings, payouts, financial rewards or anything else with real or potential economic value.
Certain Digital Entertainment Experiences may contain elements of chance, randomised outcomes, timing, sequences, visual selection or similar interactive mechanics. Such mechanics form part of the entertainment content only and do not provide Users with any opportunity to obtain money, property, prizes or other economic benefit.
By visiting either Website, creating an Account, selecting an Access Package or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access, register for or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all Users of Viatrelis and Viatrelia. The Privacy Policy, Fair Play Policy, Coins Policy and any other applicable rules, notices or policies published through the relevant Website form part of the legal framework governing use of the Service and should be read together with these Terms.
Access to either Website may be unavailable or restricted in certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, sanctions, Payment Provider or business requirements. Additional eligibility and geographic restrictions are set out in these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Where required by applicable law, Users will be informed of material changes through the relevant Website, by email or by other appropriate means. Any revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the updated version. Continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply.
"Access Package" means a package selected by a User that provides access to digital entertainment services, Digital Entertainment Experiences, interactive platform functionality and an allocation of Coins for use exclusively within the relevant Service.
"Account" means a personal and non-transferable user profile created by an eligible User to access registered features of Viatrelis or Viatrelia.
"Closed Ecosystem" means the restricted digital environment in which Coins exist and may be used exclusively within the relevant Service. Coins cannot be used outside the Website through which they were allocated, accepted by third parties or connected to external wallets, marketplaces, exchanges, payment systems or peer-to-peer transfer mechanisms.
"Coins" means internal digital units allocated for use exclusively within the relevant Service. Coins are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, stored value, a financial instrument, a payment instrument, a deposit or a representation of funds held for a User. They have no monetary, transferable or redeemable value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged or converted into money, cryptocurrency, goods, services or anything else of economic value.
"Digital Entertainment Experiences" means the recreational digital content and interactive activities made available through Viatrelis or Viatrelia, including experiences involving visual interaction, timing, coordination, sequences, patterns, exploration, user selection, randomised elements and other entertainment functionality.
"Payment Provider" means an independent third-party service provider that processes, authorises or otherwise supports payments made in connection with an Access Package. Payment Providers operate independently from INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED and may apply their own terms, security procedures and payment requirements.
"Purchase" means a payment made for access to digital entertainment services, digital content and platform functionality through an Access Package. A Purchase is not a deposit, wager, investment, transfer of funds for safekeeping or acquisition of a financial product. Coins are allocated as an internal component of the selected Access Package and are not purchased as money, stored value or a financial asset.
"Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or location from which access to all or part of Viatrelis, Viatrelia or both is prohibited, restricted or unavailable because of applicable law, sanctions, regulatory requirements, Payment Provider requirements or legitimate business considerations.
"Service" means, depending on the context, viatrelis.com, viatrelia.com or both, together with the Digital Entertainment Experiences, digital content, Account functionality, Coins functionality and related services made available through the relevant Website.
"User" or "you" means an individual who accesses or uses either Website and satisfies the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
"Viatrelia" means the digital entertainment service made available through viatrelia.com.
"Viatrelis" means the digital entertainment service made available through viatrelis.com.
"Website" means either viatrelis.com or viatrelia.com, as applicable.
"Websites" means viatrelis.com and viatrelia.com collectively.
3. Nature and Entertainment Purpose of the Service
Viatrelis and Viatrelia are digital entertainment services intended exclusively for recreational and leisure use. They provide access to Digital Entertainment Experiences designed around visual interaction, exploration, timing, coordination, patterns, sequences and other entertainment mechanics.
The Websites use different visual identities and digital environments, but the underlying nature of the Service is the same. All content, categories, interfaces and interactive mechanics are provided exclusively as digital entertainment.
Certain Digital Entertainment Experiences may include elements of chance, randomised visual outcomes, timing, sequences or user selection. However, no outcome can result in money, winnings, prizes, financial rewards or anything with real or potential economic value.
Users do not place bets, make wagers or risk funds when participating in Digital Entertainment Experiences. Payments made through either Website relate solely to Access Packages providing access to digital entertainment services, digital content and platform functionality.
Coins are allocated to a User's Account as part of an Access Package. They may be used exclusively within the Closed Ecosystem of the relevant Website to access or interact with Digital Entertainment Experiences and related platform features.
Coins allocated through Viatrelis may be used only within Viatrelis, and Coins allocated through Viatrelia may be used only within Viatrelia. Coins cannot be transferred between the Websites.
Coins do not represent funds held for a User and do not create a monetary balance, stored-value balance, ownership interest, deposit, repayment obligation or claim against INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED. They are not accepted by third parties and have no function or value outside the relevant Service.
Coins cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred between Users, gifted, sold, exchanged or converted into money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, gift cards or any other form of economic value. Neither Website supports peer-to-peer transfers, external wallets, secondary markets or any other mechanism through which Coins could be transferred outside the Closed Ecosystem or acquire real-world value.
The use or consumption of Coins within the Service does not entitle a User to compensation, reimbursement, prizes, rewards, winnings, payouts or any other benefit. Any visual result, score, progression indicator, sequence, digital effect or other outcome displayed through a Digital Entertainment Experience exists solely as part of the entertainment content and has no monetary or redeemable value.
Neither Viatrelis nor Viatrelia operates sweepstakes, contests, giveaways, tournaments, leaderboards or referral programmes through which Users may receive money, physical prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, redeemable rewards or other benefits with real or potential economic value.
The Websites do not provide cash prizes, cryptocurrency, physical goods, gift cards, redeemable rewards, financial returns, payouts or any other benefit with real or potential economic value.
INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED does not hold or safeguard User funds through the Service and does not provide withdrawal, cash-out, payment account, money transmission or value-transfer functionality. A User's possession of Coins does not constitute funds held on account or an entitlement to receive money from INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED.
The Service must not be used for commercial activity, financial gain, value transfer, unauthorised trading of Coins or any purpose inconsistent with its recreational nature. By using Viatrelis or Viatrelia, you acknowledge and accept that neither participation in Digital Entertainment Experiences nor the possession or use of Coins can generate any monetary or economic return.
4. Eligibility to Use the Service
You may access or use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, you satisfy the age requirements set out in these Terms and your access to and use of the Service are permitted under the laws applicable to you.
The Service is provided solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not use Viatrelis, Viatrelia, an Account, Digital Entertainment Experiences or Coins for any business, professional, commercial, resale, promotional, value-transfer or revenue-generating purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Service are lawful both in your country of residence and in the location from which you access the relevant Website. INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED does not represent or warrant that Viatrelis or Viatrelia is available, appropriate or legally permitted in every jurisdiction.
Access to either Website may be unavailable or restricted in certain countries or territories due to legal, regulatory, sanctions, Payment Provider, security or legitimate business requirements. We may refuse registration, reject or prevent a Purchase, restrict particular features or suspend access where we reasonably determine that providing the Service may be unlawful, inconsistent with applicable sanctions or restrictions, contrary to Payment Provider requirements, expose INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED or its service providers to legal, regulatory, fraud, security or operational risk, or otherwise conflict with these Terms.
Restrictions applicable to Viatrelis and Viatrelia may differ depending on the relevant Website, jurisdiction, Payment Provider or other circumstances. Availability of one Website in a particular jurisdiction does not necessarily mean that the other Website, a particular Access Package or any specific feature is available in that jurisdiction.
You must not attempt to circumvent geographic, technical, age or other eligibility restrictions by using a virtual private network, proxy, false or misleading location information, manipulated device data or any other method intended to conceal or misrepresent your actual location or eligibility.
You must not access or use the Service if doing so would cause INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED, a Payment Provider or another service provider involved in operating the Service to breach applicable sanctions, trade restrictions or other legal requirements.
We may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to confirm your identity, age, location, Account ownership, eligibility, payment information or compliance with these Terms. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where requested information is not provided within a reasonable period, cannot be verified or appears to be false, incomplete, inconsistent or misleading.
If you become ineligible to use the Service after creating an Account, including because of a change in applicable law, sanctions, geographic restrictions or other legal requirements, you must stop using the relevant Website.
5. Age Restrictions
The Service is intended exclusively for adults who are at least eighteen years of age.
By accessing Viatrelis or Viatrelia, creating an Account, selecting an Access Package or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally permitted to use the Service.
INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED does not knowingly permit persons under the age of eighteen to register for or use the Service. The minimum age requirement applies regardless of whether a particular Digital Entertainment Experience may be accessible without registration.
During Account registration, you may be required to expressly confirm that you are eighteen years of age or older. This confirmation does not prevent us from requesting additional age verification where reasonably necessary.
We may request reasonable evidence of age at any time, including during registration, payment processing, Account recovery, an Account review, fraud or security checks, or an investigation into suspected misuse of the Service. Access to some or all features may be restricted while age verification is pending.
Where we reasonably determine that a User is under eighteen, has provided a false date of birth or has submitted false, altered or misleading age-verification information, we may reject registration or restrict, suspend or terminate the relevant Account and prevent further access to the Service.
Coins associated with an Account that is terminated because the User does not satisfy the minimum age requirement may become unavailable or be cancelled in accordance with these Terms and the Coins Policy, subject to applicable law and any refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If we become aware that personal data relating to a person under eighteen has been provided through the Service contrary to these Terms, that information may be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
6. Account Registration and Personal Use
Certain parts of Viatrelis or Viatrelia may be available without registration. An Account may be required to access registered features, save favourite experiences, select Access Packages, receive or use Coins and access other functionality identified on the relevant Website.
When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You must update your Account information where reasonably necessary to ensure that it remains accurate.
An Account is personal to the registered User and is non-transferable. You must not sell, assign, transfer, rent, lend, share or otherwise permit another person to access or use your Account.
Unless expressly authorised by INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED, you must not create duplicate, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised Accounts for the same Website or create Accounts using false identities or information belonging to another person.
Where separate Accounts are used for Viatrelis and Viatrelia, each Account remains subject to these Terms and to any Website-specific functionality displayed through the relevant Service. The existence of an Account on one Website does not automatically create an Account, balance or entitlement on the other Website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must use reasonable security measures and must not disclose your password, authentication information or Account recovery information to another person.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your Account to the extent that such activity results from your acts, omissions or failure to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
If you become aware of unauthorised access, suspected compromise or another Account security incident, you must notify us promptly through support@viatrelis.com in relation to Viatrelis or support@viatrelia.com in relation to Viatrelia.
We may require you to reset your password, confirm Account ownership, complete additional verification or take other reasonable security measures where we identify unusual activity, suspected unauthorised access, potential fraud or another threat to the Account or Service.
You must not use an Account to conduct commercial activity, advertise or sell products or services, transfer value, operate on behalf of another person, create an unauthorised secondary market, or attempt to monetise access to the Service, an Account or Coins.
You must not use automated tools, scripts, bots or other unauthorised technical means to create Accounts, access registered features or circumvent Account limits or platform controls.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate an Account where registration information is inaccurate or misleading, the Account is shared or transferred, multiple Accounts are created without authorisation, security requirements are not followed, verification cannot reasonably be completed or the Account is otherwise used in breach of these Terms or other applicable policies.
Account suspension or termination does not convert Coins into money or create any entitlement to cash-out, redemption, compensation or payment, subject always to applicable law and any valid refund rights expressly recognised under these Terms.
7. Coins and Internal Digital Units
Coins are internal digital units used exclusively within Viatrelis or Viatrelia to access or interact with Digital Entertainment Experiences, digital content and related platform functionality.
Coins operate solely within the Closed Ecosystem of the relevant Service. Coins allocated through Viatrelis may be used only within Viatrelis, and Coins allocated through Viatrelia may be used only within Viatrelia.
Coins have no function outside the relevant Service and are not accepted by INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED or any third party as payment for external goods or services.
Coins are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, stored value, a deposit, financial instrument or payment instrument. They do not constitute funds held or safeguarded on behalf of a User and do not create a monetary claim, repayment right, ownership interest or entitlement to any financial return.
Coins have no monetary, transferable or redeemable value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred between Users, gifted, sold, traded, exchanged, pledged or converted into money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, vouchers, gift cards or anything else with real or potential economic value.
Coins may be allocated to an Account as an internal component of an Access Package after successful payment confirmation. The relevant payment is made for access to digital entertainment services, digital content and platform functionality. It is not a deposit or a purchase of money, stored value or a financial asset.
When Coins are allocated to an Account, the User receives only a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable contractual right to use those Coins within the relevant Service in accordance with these Terms, the Coins Policy and applicable law. No ownership right or proprietary interest in Coins is created.
The number of Coins displayed in an Account is an internal platform record. It does not represent a bank balance, electronic money balance, stored-value balance, funds held for safekeeping or an amount owed by INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED.
Coins may be used, consumed, deducted or otherwise adjusted only through functionality made available within the relevant Service. Their use cannot result in money, prizes, winnings, payouts, financial rewards or any other economic benefit.
Coins must not be transferred between Accounts or Users and cannot be transferred between Viatrelis and Viatrelia. Account sales, secondary markets, external exchanges and any attempt to buy, sell, trade, transfer or monetise Coins or Account access are prohibited.
The Service does not support external wallets, peer-to-peer transfers, secondary markets, exchanges or other mechanisms through which Coins could be moved outside the Closed Ecosystem or acquire real-world value.
We may correct, reverse, adjust, suspend or remove Coins where reasonably necessary to address a technical error, duplicate allocation, incorrect allocation, failed or reversed payment, refund, chargeback, unauthorised payment, fraud, misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms or another circumstance affecting the validity of the underlying allocation.
Where a payment associated with an Access Package is reversed, refunded, charged back or otherwise invalidated, we may remove or adjust the Coins allocated in connection with that payment, including where some or all of those Coins have already been used, to the extent reasonably necessary to restore the Account to the position that would have applied had the payment not been successfully completed.
Coins associated with a restricted, suspended or terminated Account may become temporarily unavailable or may be cancelled in accordance with these Terms and the Coins Policy, subject to applicable law and any valid refund rights.
Coins may be subject to rules concerning validity periods, inactivity, expiration, cancellation, Account closure, technical corrections and discontinuation of the Coins programme. Those rules will be set out in the Coins Policy and, where applicable, communicated through the relevant Website.
INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED may modify, suspend or discontinue the Coins functionality or programme where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, technical, security, operational or business reasons. Where required by applicable law, reasonable notice or other appropriate information will be provided to affected Users.
Further rules concerning the allocation, use, adjustment, expiration, cancellation and discontinuation of Coins are set out in the Coins Policy.
8. Payments
The Service allows Users to select Access Packages through Viatrelis or Viatrelia. Each Access Package provides access to digital entertainment services, Digital Entertainment Experiences, interactive platform functionality and an allocation of Coins for use exclusively within the relevant Service.
All payments made through the Websites are payments for access to digital entertainment services and digital content. A payment is not a deposit, stake, bet, wager, investment, transfer of funds for safekeeping or acquisition of money, electronic money, stored value, cryptocurrency, a financial instrument, payment instrument or other financial product.
Coins are allocated as an internal component of the selected Access Package. They are not purchased as currency and do not represent funds held or safeguarded for the User. No payment gives the User any right to receive money, winnings, prizes, payouts, financial returns or anything else with real or potential economic value.
After successful payment confirmation, the applicable Access Package and corresponding Coins will be allocated to the User's Account on the relevant Website. The relevant digital content or functionality is made available for use through the Account after successful payment confirmation, and Coins are treated as allocated when they become available in the User's Account.
Coins allocated in connection with an Access Package selected through Viatrelis may be used only within Viatrelis, and Coins allocated through Viatrelia may be used only within Viatrelia. A Purchase through one Website does not create a balance, entitlement or allocation on the other Website.
The User receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable contractual right to access the relevant digital content and use the allocated Coins within the applicable Service in accordance with these Terms, the Coins Policy and applicable law.
Payments are processed by independent Payment Providers. Full payment card details are submitted directly to and processed by the relevant Payment Provider. INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED may receive limited transaction information made available by the Payment Provider, such as payment status, amount, currency, transaction reference and masked payment details.
Payment Providers, banks and card issuers may perform authorisation, authentication, security, fraud-prevention, sanctions, geographic or other checks before approving a payment. INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED does not control the final authorisation decision made by a bank, card issuer or Payment Provider.
You must use only a payment method that you are legally authorised to use. You must provide accurate billing and payment information and must not use stolen, unauthorised, fraudulent, falsified or unlawfully obtained payment credentials.
We may reject, delay, suspend or cancel a payment or Access Package where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorised use, duplicate or incorrect transactions, technical errors, chargeback risk, sanctions restrictions, geographic restrictions, applicable legal requirements, Payment Provider requirements or a breach of these Terms or other applicable policies.
We may request additional information or verification before or after a payment where reasonably necessary to confirm the User's identity, age, Account ownership, payment authority, location or compliance with applicable legal, security or Payment Provider requirements.
Prices, available Access Packages, included Coins, supported currencies and payment conditions are displayed through the relevant Website before payment confirmation and may change from time to time. Any change will not retrospectively alter an Access Package already successfully purchased, except where required by applicable law or necessary to correct an obvious error.
Applicable taxes will be included in the displayed price or identified separately during checkout where required. A bank, card issuer or Payment Provider may impose currency conversion charges, cross-border fees or other charges independently of INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED. We do not control such third-party charges.
Each Access Package is a one-time Purchase unless the relevant Website expressly identifies a different arrangement before payment and obtains any consent required by applicable law. Selecting one Access Package does not automatically authorise future or recurring payments.
A failed, declined, reversed or cancelled payment does not entitle the User to the corresponding Access Package or Coins. Where Coins or content have been allocated before a payment is subsequently reversed or determined to be invalid, we may make appropriate adjustments in accordance with these Terms and the Coins Policy.
9. Refund Policy
Access Packages provide digital entertainment services, digital content and platform functionality that may be made available immediately after successful payment confirmation. Coins allocated as part of an Access Package are considered delivered for platform purposes when they become available for use in the User's Account.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that apply to a User under applicable law.
Where an applicable statutory cancellation right exists in relation to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the User may be asked to expressly consent to supply beginning before the end of the applicable cancellation period and to acknowledge that the statutory right to cancel may be lost once supply begins. Any loss of a statutory cancellation right will apply only where the requirements of applicable law have been satisfied.
Where an Access Package includes services or other elements for which different statutory cancellation rules apply, those rights will be determined in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to treat a statutory cancellation right as waived or lost where the legal requirements for doing so have not been met.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory remedies available where digital content is defective, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, applicable law may provide remedies including repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction or refund.
Refunds may also be considered where a duplicate payment has occurred, an incorrect amount has been charged, the applicable Access Package or Coins have not been allocated because of a verified technical failure, a payment was not authorised by the lawful payment method holder, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund eligibility is assessed individually. We may consider the transaction status, reason for the request, whether the Access Package or relevant digital content has been accessed, whether allocated Coins have been used, the User's transaction history, available technical and security records and information supplied by the relevant Payment Provider.
A refund will not normally be granted merely because a User changes their mind after digital content has been supplied and used where an applicable cancellation right has validly been lost, expired or does not apply. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
Refund and billing requests relating to Viatrelis should be submitted to support@viatrelis.com. Requests relating to Viatrelia should be submitted to support@viatrelia.com.
A refund request should include the Account email address, transaction reference, payment date, amount and a clear description of the issue. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction, confirm Account ownership, verify payment authority or investigate the circumstances of the request.
We will review refund and billing requests within a reasonable period. Cases involving Payment Provider investigations, suspected unauthorised activity, technical investigation or requests for additional information may require additional time.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. The time required for funds to appear may depend on the relevant bank, card issuer or Payment Provider and is outside the direct control of INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED.
Where a payment is refunded, reversed, cancelled or charged back, any corresponding unused Coins may be removed from the relevant Account. Where Coins connected with that payment have already been used, we may adjust the Account, restrict further use of Coins or take other reasonable and proportionate steps necessary to address the resulting discrepancy.
A refund, reversal or chargeback does not convert Coins into money and does not establish any monetary value for Coins.
Users are encouraged to contact the relevant support team before initiating a chargeback so that the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, resolved. This does not restrict any lawful right to contact a bank, card issuer, Payment Provider, regulator, alternative dispute resolution body or consumer protection authority.
Knowingly false payment disputes, fraudulent chargebacks, repeated misuse of refund procedures or attempts to retain the benefit of digital content while intentionally reversing the related payment may constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in payment restrictions, additional verification, Account suspension or termination.
Where a refund, reversal or payment dispute relates only to one of the Websites, any resulting adjustment will normally be applied to the Account, Access Package and Coins associated with that Website.
10. Responsible Use of the Service
The Service is provided exclusively for personal digital entertainment and is not intended to generate income, provide financial returns, facilitate value transfer or enable Users to acquire anything with real or potential economic value.
Use of Viatrelis and Viatrelia and the selection of Access Packages are voluntary. Users remain responsible for deciding how often they access the Service, how they use available Digital Entertainment Experiences and whether they select additional Access Packages.
Neither Website provides prizes, winnings, financial incentives or benefits with economic value for frequent participation, continued use or repeated Purchases. Coins are used solely within the relevant Closed Ecosystem to access or interact with digital entertainment content and do not acquire or increase in monetary value through continued use.
Users may stop using either Website or refrain from selecting additional Access Packages at any time. A User may also request closure of the relevant Account by contacting support@viatrelis.com for Viatrelis or support@viatrelia.com for Viatrelia.
Account closure does not convert unused Coins into money and does not create a right to cash-out, redemption or financial compensation. Any treatment of unused Coins following Account closure will be governed by these Terms, the Coins Policy and applicable law.
You should use the Service in a balanced manner consistent with its recreational purpose. If your use is no longer enjoyable or is causing concern, you may stop using the Service or take a break from it.
Only persons aged eighteen or over may access or use the Service. Users must not permit a person under eighteen to use their Account, access age-restricted platform functionality, use Coins or make payments through the Websites.
You must not use another person's payment method without lawful authorisation, permit another person to make Purchases through your Account without appropriate authority or use the Service in a manner intended to conceal the identity of the person making a payment.
We may review unusual, excessive, inconsistent or otherwise anomalous Account or payment activity where reasonably necessary to protect Users, the Service, INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED, Payment Providers or other service providers from fraud, unauthorised activity, security threats or other material risk.
Such a review may result in temporary payment restrictions, additional verification, limits on particular functionality, suspension of Coins use or other reasonable and proportionate protective measures while the relevant circumstances are investigated.
Protective measures taken under this Section are intended to support the security and recreational nature of the Service and do not imply that Coins, Digital Entertainment Experiences or Account activity have monetary or gambling value.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You must use the Service lawfully, responsibly and solely for its intended personal entertainment purpose.
You must not attempt to withdraw, redeem, sell, transfer, exchange, monetise or convert Coins into money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, vouchers, gift cards or anything else with real or potential economic value.
You must not transfer, gift, rent, sell, trade or otherwise provide an Account or Coins to another person. Account marketplaces, secondary markets, peer-to-peer transfers and any unauthorised mechanism for exchanging Accounts or Coins are prohibited.
Coins allocated through Viatrelis must not be transferred to Viatrelia, and Coins allocated through Viatrelia must not be transferred to Viatrelis. The existence of both Websites under the same operator does not create interoperability, transferability or shared economic value between Accounts or Coins.
You must not create or operate multiple Accounts on the same Website without our express permission, use another person's Account, share login credentials or create an Account using false, misleading, impersonated or unlawfully obtained information.
You must not permit a person under eighteen to access the Service through your Account, use Coins, select an Access Package or make a payment through either Website.
You must not use a payment method without the lawful holder's permission, submit false or misleading payment information, make fraudulent or unauthorised payments, manipulate payment flows, abuse refund procedures or knowingly initiate an unfounded payment dispute or chargeback.
You must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, macros, emulators, crawlers or other unauthorised technology to create Accounts, access the Service, interact with Digital Entertainment Experiences, manipulate platform functionality or obtain an unintended advantage.
You must not exploit, manipulate, conceal or intentionally benefit from technical errors, vulnerabilities, unintended functionality, incorrect Coins allocations, duplicate allocations, pricing errors or other defects. You must not interfere with the operation, availability, security, integrity or performance of either Website, any Account, Digital Entertainment Experience, Payment Provider integration or related technical system.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to another Account, administrative functionality, restricted interfaces, source code, databases, servers, infrastructure or any other non-public part of the Service.
You must not bypass or attempt to bypass geographic restrictions, sanctions controls, age requirements, verification procedures, payment restrictions, Account controls or other technical safeguards through a virtual private network, proxy, false identity, manipulated device information, false location information or similar means.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, republish or commercially exploit the Service or any part of it except where expressly permitted by applicable mandatory law or authorised in writing by INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED.
You must not introduce malware, malicious code, harmful files, automated attacks or any other technology intended to damage, disrupt, monitor, interfere with or obtain unauthorised information from the Service, another User or any third-party system connected with the Service.
You must not use Viatrelis, Viatrelia, an Account, Digital Entertainment Experiences or Coins for commercial, promotional, resale, financial, value-transfer or revenue-generating purposes.
You must not advertise, market, describe or represent Viatrelis or Viatrelia as a platform through which Users can obtain money, prizes, winnings, cash-equivalent benefits, investment returns or anything else with real-world economic value.
You must not use the Service in connection with fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful payments, identity misuse, infringement of third-party rights or any other illegal or unauthorised activity.
You must not attempt to create an external market, exchange, wallet, transfer service or other mechanism intended to give Coins monetary, transferable or redeemable value.
We may investigate suspected prohibited conduct and may temporarily restrict an Account, Coins functionality, payments or other relevant features while an investigation is ongoing.
Where a violation is established, we may issue a warning, correct or remove Coins, reverse unauthorised platform activity, restrict payments or functionality, suspend the relevant Account or terminate access to one or both Websites, depending on the nature and seriousness of the conduct.
Any action taken under this Section will be proportionate to the circumstances and remains subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights or valid refund rights.
12. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED may restrict, suspend or terminate an Account, access to particular Service features, Coins functionality or the User's ability to make payments where we reasonably believe that the User has breached these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in prohibited conduct or created a material risk to the security, integrity or lawful operation of Viatrelis, Viatrelia or related systems.
We may also take such action where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, sanctions restrictions, court orders, regulatory requirements, Payment Provider requirements, fraud-prevention measures, security controls or legitimate internal risk and compliance procedures.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may temporarily restrict an Account while conducting an investigation, requesting additional information or reviewing relevant Account, technical, security or payment records.
Where reasonably appropriate, we may notify the User of the reason for a restriction, suspension or termination and may provide an opportunity to respond, provide additional information or correct the issue.
We are not required to provide advance notice where doing so would compromise security, fraud prevention, an investigation, legal or sanctions compliance, Payment Provider requirements or the rights or interests of another person.
A restriction or suspension affecting Viatrelis will not automatically affect an Account on Viatrelia, and vice versa, unless the circumstances reasonably justify action across both Services, including fraud, sanctions concerns, misuse of Accounts, payment abuse, security risk or another serious breach connected with both Websites.
A User may request closure of their Viatrelis Account by contacting support@viatrelis.com or closure of their Viatrelia Account by contacting support@viatrelia.com. We may require reasonable verification of Account ownership before processing a closure request.
Where a User maintains separate Accounts on both Websites, closure of one Account does not automatically close the other unless the User expressly requests this or INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED determines that closure of both Accounts is reasonably necessary under these Terms.
If INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED permanently discontinues one or both Services, or terminates an Account for reasons not resulting from the User's breach, fraud, misuse or ineligibility, we will provide any refund, price reduction or other remedy required by applicable law in relation to paid digital content or services that have not been supplied or can no longer be provided.
When an Account is closed, suspended or terminated, the User may lose access to the relevant Service, saved preferences, favourites, Account history, Digital Entertainment Experiences and unused Coins associated with that Account.
Unused Coins may be suspended, made unavailable or cancelled where an Account is terminated because of breach of these Terms, fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity, invalid payment activity, sanctions restrictions or failure to satisfy eligibility requirements. Any such action remains subject to applicable law and any mandatory refund or consumer rights.
Where an Account is closed at the User's request, remaining Coins will not be converted into money, transferred to another User, transferred between Viatrelis and Viatrelia, redeemed or refunded merely because the Account is being closed.
This does not affect any mandatory refund or consumer remedy that may apply where an Access Package or digital content was defective, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise failed to comply with applicable law.
Coins associated with an Account that has been suspended may remain temporarily unavailable while the suspension is in effect. Suspension does not create any right to monetary compensation, cash-out or redemption of Coins.
Suspension or termination does not release the User from obligations that arose before the effective date of that action, including responsibility for misuse, unauthorised activity, outstanding payment issues or fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
Where an underlying payment is refunded, reversed, charged back or otherwise invalidated after Account closure or termination, INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED may make corresponding adjustments to internal records and take reasonable steps in accordance with these Terms and the Coins Policy.
Provisions relating to Coins restrictions, intellectual property, prohibited conduct, payment disputes, liability, governing law, dispute resolution and any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination will remain effective after an Account is closed or access to the Service ends.
INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED will not be responsible for inconvenience resulting solely from a lawful and proportionate restriction, suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in this Section excludes or restricts liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

All rights, title and interest in and to Viatrelis, Viatrelia and the Service are owned by or licensed to INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED or, where applicable, the relevant third-party rights holder.
This includes the Websites, software, source code, object code, databases, interfaces, Digital Entertainment Experiences, digital environments, visual systems, original interface elements, graphics, illustrations, animations, audio, text, layouts, logos, trademarks, trade names, domain names and other content made available through viatrelis.com or viatrelia.com.
Viatrelis and Viatrelia have distinct visual identities, branding and digital environments. Rights associated with each Website remain protected regardless of the fact that both Services are operated by INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED.

Where you submit feedback, suggestions or ideas concerning Viatrelis, Viatrelia or the Service, you grant INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, adapt and incorporate that feedback for the development, improvement, maintenance and operation of the Service.
The preceding licence applies only to feedback or suggestions voluntarily provided for those purposes and does not transfer ownership of your personal data or any other material where such transfer would be prohibited by applicable law.
14. Availability of the Service and Disclaimers
The Service is provided as a digital entertainment service and is subject to technical, operational, security, legal, regulatory and Payment Provider requirements.
We aim to maintain reasonable availability of Viatrelis and Viatrelia but do not guarantee that either Website, an Account, Coins functionality or any particular Digital Entertainment Experience will be available continuously, without interruption or free from technical defects.
Access to either Website may be temporarily interrupted, limited or unavailable because of scheduled or emergency maintenance, software updates, security reviews, technical failures, internet or hosting issues, third-party service failures, Payment Provider outages, cyber incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED is responsible for loss or damage suffered by a User where such loss or damage is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
A loss is reasonably foreseeable where it was an obvious consequence of the relevant breach or where, at the time the User accepted these Terms, both the User and INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED knew that the loss might occur.
Subject to applicable law, INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED will not be responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.
The Service is provided for personal and non-commercial use. Where a User acts as a consumer, INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED is not responsible for business losses, including loss of business, revenue, profit, commercial opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill arising from use of the Service for a business or commercial purpose contrary to these Terms.
INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED will not be responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet failures, telecommunications outages, device or browser incompatibility, hosting failures, cyberattacks, interruptions affecting third-party infrastructure or disruption of independent Payment Provider services, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
