This Fair Play Policy sets out the principles and rules for fair, honest and appropriate use of viatrelis.com and viatrelia.com, both operated by INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED.
Viatrelis and Viatrelia are digital entertainment services intended exclusively for recreational and entertainment purposes. The Websites provide access to Digital Entertainment Experiences, Account functionality, Access Packages, Coins and related platform features.
The purpose of this Policy is to support a fair, transparent and consistent entertainment environment and to explain the standards of conduct expected from Users when accessing or interacting with the Service.
The Service does not provide real-money gambling, betting or wagering. Users cannot obtain money, cash equivalents, cryptocurrency, goods, gift cards, prizes, rewards or any other item or benefit having monetary or economic value as a result of participating in Digital Entertainment Experiences.

By accessing or using the Service, Users acknowledge that Digital Entertainment Experiences are provided solely for entertainment and that participation does not create any expectation or entitlement to monetary return, profit, prize or other real-world benefit.
This Fair Play Policy forms part of the rules governing use of the Service and should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Coins Policy applicable to the relevant Website.
2. Nature of Digital Entertainment Experiences
All Digital Entertainment Experiences available through Viatrelis and Viatrelia are provided solely for recreational entertainment.
Certain Experiences may include visual, interactive, timing, selection, randomized or chance-based mechanics designed to create varied entertainment outcomes. Such mechanics operate only within the digital environment of the relevant Website and do not provide Users with money, prizes or any other economic benefit.
Results, progress and other outcomes generated within a Digital Entertainment Experience form part of the entertainment functionality of the Service. They should not be interpreted as representing an opportunity to earn money, obtain financial value or receive any external reward.
The Service operates through a closed digital environment. Coins may be used only for the purposes and functionality made available within the relevant Website and in accordance with the Terms of Service and Coins Policy.
Coins allocated through one Website cannot be transferred to or used through the other Website. They cannot be transferred between Users, moved to an external wallet or platform, sold through a secondary market or exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts or any other item or right having monetary or economic value.
Any progress, results, Coins activity or other in-platform records have relevance only within the entertainment environment in which they arise.
3. No Real-Money Gambling
Viatrelis and Viatrelia do not offer real-money gambling, betting or wagering.
Users do not place monetary stakes through Digital Entertainment Experiences, and participation does not result in cash winnings, withdrawals, monetary prizes, redeemable rewards or other financial outcomes.
Payments made through the Service relate to Access Packages and the digital entertainment content or functionality associated with them. A payment does not constitute a deposit, stake, wager, investment or contribution to a prize pool.
Coins allocated in connection with an Access Package remain internal digital units and do not represent money, electronic money, stored value, cryptocurrency, a payment instrument, a financial asset or a claim against INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED.
The outcome of a Digital Entertainment Experience does not create a right to a refund, repayment or monetary compensation. Any refund rights or payment remedies that may apply are governed separately by the Terms of Service, Coins Policy, applicable law and relevant Payment Provider processes.
4. Age Limitation and Protection of Minors
Viatrelis and Viatrelia are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen years of age.
A person under eighteen must not create an Account, select an Access Package, use Coins or otherwise access registered Service functionality.
Users are required to confirm that they are at least eighteen when creating an Account. Where reasonably necessary, INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED may request additional information to verify age or eligibility, including where there is reason to believe that an Account may be used by a person under eighteen.
The Service is not designed or intended for minors. INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED does not knowingly permit persons under eighteen to use the Service and does not knowingly seek to collect their personal data for registered use of Viatrelis or Viatrelia.
Where INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED reasonably suspects that an Account is being operated by a person under eighteen, access may be temporarily restricted while the matter is reviewed.
Where it is determined that an Account is being used by a person under eighteen in breach of the Terms of Service, INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED may suspend or terminate the Account and take any other reasonable action permitted under the Terms of Service and applicable law.
Any personal data processed in connection with age verification or suspected use by a minor will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Fair Digital Entertainment Mechanics
INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED aims to provide Digital Entertainment Experiences that operate consistently with their intended technical design and published functionality.
Depending on the relevant format, Digital Entertainment Experiences may use predefined rules, timing mechanisms, selection processes, randomised elements or other software-based game logic.
No particular result, sequence, frequency, progression or outcome is guaranteed. Previous outcomes do not create any entitlement to a particular future outcome.
Any visual or textual indication of success, progress, achievement or similar in-experience result relates solely to the relevant Digital Entertainment Experience. It does not represent a monetary win, prize, financial return or opportunity to obtain anything of economic value.
Users must not attempt to manipulate, interfere with or exploit the technical operation of a Digital Entertainment Experience, including through bugs, errors, unintended functionality, automated tools or other methods designed to produce results outside the intended operation of the Service.
Where INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED identifies a technical error, malfunction or other unintended behaviour affecting a Digital Entertainment Experience, it may take reasonable steps to investigate and correct the issue and, where permitted under the Terms of Service and Coins Policy, correct associated internal Service records or Coins activity.
6. Voluntary Use Controls
Users remain free to decide when and how they use Viatrelis or Viatrelia as digital entertainment services.
A User may stop using the Service at any time, refrain from selecting further Access Packages or request closure of the relevant Account in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Where Viatrelis or Viatrelia makes optional usage-management features available, Users may use those features to manage their interaction with the Service. Availability and functionality may vary between the Websites.
These features are intended solely to help Users manage their interaction with the Service and do not change the recreational and non-monetary nature of Viatrelis or Viatrelia.
Account closure, suspension and the treatment of unused Coins are governed by the Terms of Service and Coins Policy.
7. Prohibited Uses of the Service
Viatrelis and Viatrelia may be used only for lawful, personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with the Terms of Service and this Fair Play Policy.
Users must not sell, transfer, exchange, gift, withdraw, redeem or otherwise monetise Coins, or sell, transfer or commercially exploit Accounts, Access Packages, Digital Entertainment Experiences or in-platform progress.
Users must not create or participate in any secondary market for Coins or Accounts, transfer an Account to another person, use another person's Account without authorisation or attempt to move Coins or other Service functionality outside the Closed Ecosystem of the relevant Website.
Users must not use bots, scripts, automation tools, emulators, modified software or other technical means intended to manipulate, interfere with or obtain an unintended advantage from the Service.
Users must not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, technical errors, unintended functionality or other defects in the Service. Any suspected technical issue that could materially affect Service operation should not be deliberately reproduced or used for personal advantage.
Users must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent Account restrictions, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, security controls, payment restrictions or other technical measures applied by INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED.
Creating or operating duplicate or multiple Accounts for the purpose of avoiding restrictions, manipulating Service functionality, obtaining access or functionality in a manner not intended by the Service or concealing prohibited activity is not permitted.
Users must not use payment methods without lawful authority, submit false or misleading payment information, engage in fraudulent refund or chargeback activity or otherwise misuse payment functionality.
Users must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or commercial exploitation or represent Coins, Digital Entertainment Experiences or Account activity as a source of money, investment return, income or other economic benefit.
Where INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED reasonably identifies suspected misuse or a breach of this Policy, it may investigate the relevant activity and take proportionate protective measures in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Such measures may include temporarily restricting Service functionality, requiring reasonable verification, correcting internal Service records, adjusting or removing Coins affected by technical error or prohibited conduct, suspending an Account or terminating access to the Service.
The nature of any action will depend on the circumstances, seriousness of the conduct, available information and the need to protect the integrity and security of the Service.
8. Honest Presentation and User Expectations
Viatrelis and Viatrelia are presented as digital entertainment services intended solely for recreational use.
The Websites are designed to distinguish entertainment functionality from services involving monetary gambling, wagering, financial investment or the opportunity to obtain real-world economic value.
Users should understand that Digital Entertainment Experiences, Coins, visual outcomes, progress indicators and other in-platform features form part of a digital entertainment environment only.
References within an Experience to success, results, progress, achievements or similar concepts do not represent monetary winnings, prizes, financial returns or claims against INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED.
Users should not access or use the Service with an expectation of earning income, generating profit, recovering the cost of an Access Package through Digital Entertainment Experiences or converting Service activity into money or another benefit having economic value.
INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED may update descriptions, interfaces or other Service information where reasonably necessary to maintain clear and accurate presentation of the nature and operation of Viatrelis and Viatrelia.
9. Changes to This Fair Play Policy
INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED may update this Fair Play Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, Service functionality, security requirements, operational practices or the rules applicable to fair use of Viatrelis and Viatrelia.
The updated version will be published through the relevant Website and will identify the date of the latest revision.
Where a change materially affects the rules governing use of the Service, INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED may provide additional notice through the Website, an Account notification, email or another appropriate communication method.
